No Brick Tomorrow

So far nobody has volunteered to take the brick tomorrow, because of this it will not be taking place. I am off to Galway now and won't be back on Internet until tomorrow evening. If anybody is willing to take brick, at this late stage, then post here and let people know the brick is still on.

Open Water Season - week 8 Sun July 18th Bull Wall @ 18.00

Based on sporadic reports of jelly fish (I still havent seen one) and the wind direction over the next few days its the shelter of the bull wall again for this weeks open water swim.

3 Countries in 3 Days - a report

Wasn't sure at all what to expect on this trip so a few surprises were expected.

Day 1 - Brussels to Brugge
The plan was to leave the Palace in Brussels and head for Brugge. Due to there being 180 odd bikes (and a puncture or two) it took an hour to travel the the first 10km. A slow start but not unexpected. Felt DA Stolen at Mullingar

My 2008 Felt DA TT bike with Zipp disc (with a Zipp tubular tyre) and wireless SRM professional power meter was taken from my 05-G-9515 grey Toyota Landcruiser sometime between 13:30 and 17:00 on Sunday July 11th. I have attached a picture. Its been reported to the Garda in Mullingar.

3D Super Aquathlon ‘Hooked’ in Bright Sunshine

The 3D Super Aquathlon took place in Skerries yesterday Sunday 11th July in bright sunshine after a Saturday of torrential rain. Over 120 brave souls took part and we have the added excitement of having the race started and prizes presented by George Hood of Newstalk and Rugby fame.
