3D Open Water Swimming 2010 and Wetsuit Test night at the NAC

• What to bring: Toggs, goggles and if you have one, your old wetsuit

Despite the fact that its February and they're forecasting more snow
and Artic temperatures in the next week we're planning to spend some
time on the 22nd this month demystifying open water swimming for
triathlons and giving you guys the chance to try out swimming in a swim wetsuit
for the first time in something slightly warmer than the Irish Sea !!

Absolute beginners, improvers and those that are just itching to get
back into the neoprene again will be catered for during a brief
presentation of how the club plans to help members translate all the
hard work in the pool to their triathlon swims during the coming
season.

The evening should be a great chance for any members who havent experienced
the feel of swimming in a wetsuit before to get some advice on fit and
literally feel the difference between swimming with and without one
in the temperate water of the NAC.

The Wheelworx team will be on hand to help with sizing and specific
suit related questions on the night and will have an array of suits
from several manufacturers for you to try out.
