A big well done to Ditch, Karl & Stephen, another successfull weekend. Thanks for your spare time and huge effort to producing a really well run, great value and enjoyable weekend. I'll be well on for the 3 days next year.

PS Myself and a few others have loaded some photo's to the 3D Facebook website. If i get a chance, i'll add mine to flicker.

also thanks to neil for the talk on ironman nutrition, i was debating pizza vs chinese all the way in from dundrum but went for fish and chips in the end. perfect protein and carb mix
