3D Super Aquathlon 2009
On Saturday 22nd August the picturesque coastal town of Skerries will host the 3D Super Aquathlon series.

Consisting of 2 events, all profits will be donated to the RNLI Lifeboats in Skerries. The distances are 1500m swim and 8km run or a 750m swim and 4km run. Both races also have a 2 person relay option.

It was with a bit of nervousness that I finally made the pilgrimage south to Kilkee for the Hell of the west 2009.

3D Wheelworx Super Aquathlon 22nd August 2009 - Call for support

Folks,

As most of you know we are running an aquathlon on 22nd of August 2009 in aid of the RNLI We need marshals and some committee members.
For the committee we need:
- A Chief Marshal
- Head of Timing and Results (Manual timing)
- Head of registration
- Chief run marshal
- Chief swim marshal

We also need marshals (10-15 in total)

The Dawn Run - 'Race' Report

Funnily enough - the list of insane things I've done has steadily increased since I joined 3D. Things such as
* Running 18 miles in the snow
* Getting up at 7am to cycle 100km - on a Sunday!
* Giving up drink for 3 months before the Connemarathon
* Driving to an aquathon in Mullingar with no idea how long the run and (more importantly!) the swim legs were...
